How long will my order take to arrive?
For on-hand items, we will work within 1-3 business days to ship out your order once your order has been placed. You will receive an email/text message with further information once we have shipped out your order. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
UK shipping:
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 which typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive once your order has been shipped.
International shipping:
Countries outside of the UK take within 7-16 business days to arrive once your order has been shipped, depending on your chosen courier.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders are shipped to you after the release date (the release date AND estimated shipping date is always stated on the product description). After the product is released, it will then be shipped to our shop which typically takes 2-5 weeks. There is always a possibility that this could take longer due to freight clearance or delays with our supplier. After this, we will ship it out within 1-3 working days. If you have ordered non-pre-order items WITH pre-order items, your entire order will not be shipped to you until the pre-order items have arrived to our shop. If you would like to receive your readily available items before your pre-order items are released, please place a separate order.

Will you restock ____ item?
We will do our best to restock products we have sold out of, depending on availability from our suppliers. Once we get restocks, we always post them on our social media, so don't forget to follow us on Instagram and TikTok for all updates!

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48. For worldwide orders you have the option to pick between Royal Mail or DHL.

We ship to most countries worldwide, however there are a few countries we currently do not ship to. You can check these here.
Can I cancel, change or add items to my order?
Cancelling:
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us here. Please note, we will be unable to cancel your order if we have already shipped out your order.
Add/Remove Items:
We cannot add products to an existing order, but you can place a separate order and we will refund you one of the shipping fees. If you would like to remove an item off your order, we can refund you for that item. However, if your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to change/cancel/refund you for your order. Once it arrives to you and you still wish to return your order, you must ship it back to us unopened, however you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
Orders may be cancelled if they are placed within 14 days of placing your order. Any cancellation requests where the order was placed more than 14 days ago will unfortunately be declined. Once you receive your order, you may return your parcel back to us, however you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
I want to return my order, how can I do this?
If you would like to return your order, all products must be unopened and in their original factory sealed packaging. We do not accept orders to be returned to us if the products have already been opened. Contact us here with your order number if you would like to return your unopened order. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your order. Once the return has been arranged, you will have 14 days to send your returned items.
Who is responsible for customs and import tariffs for parcels sent outside of the UK?
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once it has been shipped or arrives to your country/address. These charges are not included at checkout and are determined by your local customs authority.
Call Me KPop is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer.
What if I receive a damaged/missing item?
If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of receiving your order. This helps us verify whether the damage occurred during transit or if an item was accidentally omitted from your order.
Once you have your unboxing video, please contact us here or email us at support@callmekpop.com with the video and details of the issue. We will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the matter.
We will not accept only photos as proof, we will need a video of your package being opened as valid proof.
I put the wrong address/phone number when placing my order. How can I change this?
Contact us here if you input any details incorrectly. If your order has already been shipped, we may be unable to change these details, and it could be sent to the address you originally put. Make sure all your details are fully submitted and correct before placing your order.
