Refund policy

Please contact us here if you need to return, cancel, or query your order.

Please note that for any validity to your refunds, exchanges or order queries, you will need to provide us with an unboxing video for us to approve your claim. We may not be able to give you a refund if this is not provided to us. Pictures are not accepted in replacement of an unboxing video.


If you have received the wrong item, are returning due to an error on our part, or the item is faulty/defective or significantly damaged, then we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for you to return to us.

We will check the return as faulty/damaged. If in the event that we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our expenses from you.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items with minor dents, scratches, discolouration, or slight damages. We also cannot accept returns for manufacturing issues such as misprinted pages, typos, or missing inclusions (including photocards) as we have no control over this.

Once you have received your photocard(s) from us as part of your order, we cannot accept their return as we will no longer be able to confirm their authenticity unfortunately.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our own discretion. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of any charges related to the order, and we will notify them with an explanation for the cancellation.

Please note that some items have order quantity limits and will state this in the item description. If this has been exceeded after checkout, you will be refunded the outstanding amount.
