Refund policy

Please contact us here if you need to return, cancel, or query your order.

Please note that for any validity to your refunds, exchanges or order queries, you will need to provide us with an unboxing video for us to approve your claim. We may not be able to give you a refund if this is not provided to us. Pictures are not accepted in replacement of an unboxing video.

Cancelling or adjusting an order:

If you have changed your mind about your order or wish to swap an item, we can cancel or change it with a full refund as long as it has not yet been dispatched. However if it is already on its way to the recipient, we won’t be able to cancel or change your order. Upon receiving the order, you will have 14 days to contact us with your reason for us to then arrange a return. Once you receive confirmation from us of a return, any unwanted items will need to be sent back to us unopened (in its original factory packaging), and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for paying any return postage fees. Once your return is received by us and we find no fault, we will refund the return to the original method of payment (excluding shipping fees).

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account, go to your Orders, and select the order you wish to cancel or return. Follow the on-screen steps to submit your request. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request has been submitted.

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. For returns, you are responsible for returning the goods and covering the shipping costs. Items must be returned unopened and in their original factory sealed packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item has been opened or the original packaging has been damaged or removed. Once we have received your returned parcel, we will verify all items are unopened and still in its original factory seal packaging. Once this has been verified by us, we will process your refund within 14 days from the day the returned parcel has been received by us.

Damaged or incorrect items:

If you have received the wrong item, are returning due to an error on our part, or the item is faulty/defective or significantly damaged, then we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for you to return to us.

We will check the return as faulty/damaged. If in the event that we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our expenses from you.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items with minor dents, scratches, discolouration, or slight damages. We also cannot accept returns for manufacturing issues such as misprinted pages, typos, or missing inclusions (including photocards) as we have no control over this.

Photocards:

Once you have received your photocard(s) from us as part of your order, we cannot accept their return as we will no longer be able to confirm their authenticity unfortunately.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our own discretion. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of any charges related to the order, and we will notify them with an explanation for the cancellation.

Please note that some items have order quantity limits and will state this in the item description. If this has been exceeded after checkout, you will be refunded the outstanding amount.
