Shipping policy

We ship to most countries! See below for a list of countries we unfortunately do not ship to.

For domestic UK shipping, we use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

For international orders you can choose between Royal Mail International Tracked services and DHL Express.

Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout where your order size and weight is taken into account.


We aim to process and despatch your order within 1-3 working days.

Royal Mail Domestic/International:

  • UK - 2-5 business days
  • Europe 3-5 business days
  • International orders outside of Europe 6-7 business days

Please note however that these times aren't guaranteed and may take longer due to e.g. customs processing, reaching remote destinations, busier periods for the postal service.

DHL Express:

International orders shipping with DHL Express are usually delivered by the end of the next possible business day, however there may be delays at customs or in reaching more remote locations.


Pre-orders will be shipped once we have received stock from our suppliers in South Korea. This is usually 2-3 weeks after the release date in Korea, provided there are no delays—though delays are always a possibility.

If you have ordered pre-order items with non pre-order items, we will wait until all of the items you’ve ordered are readily available at hand until we can despatch them. If you would prefer to receive your non pre-order items before your pre-order items are available to ship, then please order these items separately. If you have ordered them together but wish to receive your non-pre order items separately, then please contact us here. You will need to pay extra shipping in this case for us to ship this separately to you.


Please ensure that the shipping address is fully accurate before placing your order. If the address you’ve input is incorrect, there may be delays in despatching and receiving your order. We will do what we can to contact the customer in the case that we find an incorrect address, but we aren’t liable to failed deliveries from incorrect addresses that are provided to us from the customer.

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to nobody being home, incorrect address, order cancellation during transit, refusal of accepting package etc., you are responsible for any return/re-delivery fees. If you wish to cancel your order after a failed delivery attempt, we will refund you the order value (not including the courier fee).

Please contact Royal Mail or DHL (courier service chosen at checkout) if you have any issues with locating your parcel. They will be able to provide you with accurate updates and detailed instructions if in the case you need to collect your order from your local sorting office. If your package is lost, we will do our best to help and follow the couriers procedures for missing parcels.


Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or additional fees in accordance with your country’s tax laws, tariff rates, and import regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.

Call Me KPop LTD does not collect or cover these fees. Any applicable customs charges must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed.

If customs fees are refused or left unpaid, and the shipment is returned to us or destroyed by the carrier, we reserve the right to cover our costs and/or deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items ordered comply with local import regulations. Depending on your local authorities, you may be required to provide import licenses or other local documentation to be able to receive your order. Call Me KPop LTD is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional charges resulting from restrictions in the destination country.

Large Orders

Large orders may incur additional import fees and processing charges determined by your local authorities. Please check your country's regulations regarding package value limits at customs. Call Me KPop LTD is not responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order is going to one of the following countries, you may need to provide us with the following information for your parcel (especially if the parcel is of high value) to be cleared through customs. Without this information, you might not receive the order.

Unfortunately any notes for the delivery driver you leave when placing your order with us will not reach them. But we recommend contacting the courier directly with any delivery instructions once you have received your tracking number in an email.
